Refund policy

Please read the following conditions carefully before making a return.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All products purchased through our website must meet these conditions to be eligible for return/exchange.

  1. Order cancellation

Before delivery:

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service at Farrukh.a@alesayi.ae to cancel your order.

After shipping:

To request a cancellation of your order after shipment, please contact our service team.

  1. Order change

To change an order before the customer has received it, please refer to our shipping terms and conditions.

Once received, an order cannot be changed. However, the customer can place a new order and return the products from the original order by contacting our customer service beforehand.

All return requests must comply with our return policy and be approved in advance by our customer service via email.

  1. Right of withdrawal
3.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., if you are placing the order as a natural person for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
3.2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 3.1, you must bear the regular costs of return shipping.
3.3. In addition, the following provisions apply to the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party gave notice of cancellation.paA shipping company other than the one you commissioned will take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [ ALESAYI, Draisstr. 10, 76646 Bruchsal, Germany, 971503211856, Farrukh.a@alesayi.ae] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) in which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website (https://account.uwant.ae). If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all costs.paYou can receive a refund of all payments received from us, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used to send us your original payment.paThe refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided us with proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You just have topay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to treatment of the goods which was not necessary to ascertain their quality, characteristics and functioning.

Free exchange:

Customers can decline.paShould you suffer any damage due to significant transport damage (which impairs the function), please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt.paDamage due to missing or severely damaged partspaShould you have any problems with your complaint or other quality defects, our customer service team will be happy to help you organize a replacement.

To better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.

*Definition of critically damaged item: The main structure of the product is significantly deformed and impairs its normal functions in any way.

Note: The following situations are considered normal and do not entitle you to a free replacement or refund:

A) Minor damage to the outsidepackaging.
B) Minor scratches or loss ofpaInterest in the product.
C) Damage toparts or wearparts after excessive use.
D) Damage toparts or wearparts after a certain period of time or a certain number of uses.

Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.paYou will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund policy for quality defects:

Should any quality problems arise during this period, we will do our best to provide you with a replacement.paIR and customer service

A) Within 30 days (when you receive the goods)paDefective products can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
B) More than 30 days (if youpaReturns are not accepted, however we can assist you with an exchange.pafor defective products
