Shipping policy

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order. Free shipping within Dubai applies to orders over 180 AED or under that will charge shipping fee 20 AED. For other GCC countries, shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your address during the checkout process. Products are generally shipped promptly.paThe order will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery & Shipping:

Generally speaking: As soon as paPayment has been received and the item is in stock. We will arrange delivery within 48 hours. (Delivery within 48 hours of payment receipt)paThis is possible in Dubai; in other GCC countries (see table below) , it usually takes 3-7 days.

Note: The delivery time mentioned above applies to most orders.paDelivery times are limited under normal circumstances, excluding exceptional weather conditions and logistical delays. All products are shipped from the warehouse mentioned above.

Upon receipt of your order, we will do our best to ship it within the stated timeframe. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day. Orders received on weekdays can be shipped no earlier than the following day. However, unforeseen events such as storms, civil unrest, and more can occur. We therefore ask for your understanding that ALESAYI cannot be held liable for such delivery delays. To ensure the security of purchases, ALESAYI (UwantFor deliveries to Dubai, it may be necessary to contact customers to confirm orders, which could lead to delays. Delivery times may vary depending on the distance to our warehouse and product availability.

Customs fees.

Because we want to be so trans.paRent as much as possible, as goods purchased from abroad are subject to import duties or, more commonly known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise taxes. This is common practice in some countries and is collected by local customs authorities. 

All our products are in stock at our Dubai warehouses.paWe cover the customs fees for our shipments in advance, so you don't have to worry about it.paand any additional costs incurred after placing your order with us.



Processing time:

We process all orders received through our website within one to two business days. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends.



Estimated delivery times:

Most vacuum cleaner orders are shipped via standard delivery. The average delivery time from our warehouse is 2–5 business days. The estimated delivery time does not include processing time or time to resolve any further customer inquiries. We ask for your understanding that we cannot be held liable for shipping delays or other delays caused by the courier service.paAll applicable and correct shipping costs (excluding any customs fees) will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment.paHow



do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping notification via email/SMS as soon as your order has been shipped. The email/SMS will contain the tracking information.



Items were damaged in transit.

Although we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the products are in good condition,paSince the goods are packaged, damage can occur during transport from our warehouse to your destination. Should your products be damaged during transport, please refuse acceptance and have the driver note "damaged" as the reason for refusal. If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or the damage is concealed, please notify us and the courier service.paDamage incurred during transport must be reported to the courier service immediately.


Delivery Terms:

All orders over AED 180 and warranty claims are sent by registered mail with return receipt, unless the customer requests otherwise or special circumstances apply. Most deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and require a signature.PaFor packages returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, a reshipping fee of up to AED 30  will be charged (the fee may vary depending on the product type).



Incorrect or incomplete address:

If yourpaIf a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the costs for redelivery to the correct address. We accept no responsibility for the loss of your order if the address provided during the ordering process is incomplete or incorrect.
